This product as a special fat for consuming in ice cream industry is used and for producing different cream icing is specifically designed and formulized and strives much to apply strict preservation of all the new hygienic standards conditions for creating good quality improvement in the final product.

The usage:

                As a raw material (fat) in producing and preparing ice creams

The advantages:

                creating firm consistent texture in the final product after air giving,

                having formidable and fitted tolerance in the final product,

                high overrun suitable air giving,

                having saturated fat acids less than 45 percent,

                having Trans fat acids less than 3 percent,

                having necessary fat acids (linoleic) at least 16 percent,

                having Favorite effect of cream taste,

                non congealment of the final product in the mouth,

                having soft and consistent texture,

                benefitting from seasonal and provincial formulae

The conditions for preservation:

                To be stored in dry and cool places (25º c) and away from direct sunshine radiation
