This product, as a special fat for the usage of consummation industries in Minarin industry (the confectionary creams) is applied and for the confectionary products, it is especially designed and formulized and strives to apply strict conservation compromising with all conditions of the hygienic standards of the confectionary good quality improvement.

The usage: 

                It is used as a fat raw material in producing and preparing Minarin confectionary

The advantages:

                creating a very firm texture of the final product after air giving,

                having high environment temperature tolerance in the foam tolerance,

                formidability and suitable tolerance of the final product,

                having less saturated fat acids, less than 45 per cent,

                having less than 3 percent Trans fat acids,

                having necessary fat acids (linoleic) at least 16 percent,

                having desirable effect of creamy favorable taste,

                benefitting from seasonal and provincial  formula

Packaging:

                16 kg carton with polyethylene nylon coverage inside

 

The conditions for preservation:

                To be stored in dry and cool places (25ºc) and away from direct sunshine radiation
